Job summary

Southland Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Maintenance position to support the center's facilities and patient care environment. The role involves hands-on upkeep of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable spaces for residents.

Starting pay is $21.84/hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Demonstrated maintenance and basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Change air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled and as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and related components.
• Use pressure washer and electrical tools safely as required.
• Inspect oxygen concentrators and perform routine maintenance.
• Carry out general maintenance including plumbing, electrical work and repairs.
