• Associate degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum experience: with an Associate’s degree, 1 year; or 3 years without.
• Broad knowledge of plumbing and building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the department as a knowledgeable technician and documents work progress.
• Maintains and repairs boiler, chiller, generator, med air/vac systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoots electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in patient rooms and facilities.
• Prioritizes tasks and prepares materials and tools ahead of shifts.
• Uses appropriate PPE and adheres to Plant Operations Priority System.
