Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Follow safety regulations and facility policies; conduct safety checks.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with external contractors as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment; assist with general tasks.
