Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address building concerns.
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general systems.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and other repairs.
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with facility safety inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed.
• Follow safety, infection-control, and facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments.
