Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support Healthcare Residential Options facilities. You will perform general maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to keep buildings safe and functional.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, and assisting housekeeping and dietary departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and CPI certifications must be maintained.
• At least 1 year paid experience as a general laborer, preferably in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders daily.
• Prioritize and follow through with facility maintenance projects.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (air filters, fire extinguishers, bulbs, etc.).
• Maintain daily maintenance and surveillance logs.
• Assist staff with miscellaneous duties daily.
