Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium buildings and healthcare facility systems on a healthcare campus. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and operating CMMS workflows, with a day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and monthly on-call rotation.

A valid driver's license is required, and candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work independently within a healthcare setting, perform inspections, support installation/modification of

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
Driver's license required.
Physically able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs+.
Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
Good communication to exchange straightforward information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and track completion using CMMS systems.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect current installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
