Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold a healthcare campus comprising four buildings. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting facility operations within our Engineering and Technical Services function.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. The workday runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an on-call rotation and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or combination with education.
• Driver license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly.
