This day-shift, Monday–Friday on-site role includes preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs, contributing to a safe patient environment and dependable building operations. You will perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing tasks, support energy management, review work orders, and assist with equipment installation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic work routines and standards adherence.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Diagnose problems during inspections and execute repairs.
• Handle general commercial facilities maintenance, including plumbing and light electrical work.
• Inspect assets like doors, HVAC, plumbing for safety and codes.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
