• Strong maintenance and preventive maintenance program development and execution.
• Ability to lead a team, assign work orders, and coordinate with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams on complex maintenance and repair efforts.
• Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas including HVAC, boilers, cooling towers.
• Review and assign work orders, and directly complete ongoing preventive and repairs as needed.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence; report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Complete Hazard Assessments; maintain compliance with applicable codes.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and guide the team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve longevity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and monitor inventory.
