Job summary

Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams on complex maintenance and repair efforts.
Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas including HVAC, boilers, cooling towers.
Review and assign work orders, and directly complete ongoing preventive and repairs as needed.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence; report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
Complete Hazard Assessments; maintain compliance with applicable codes.
Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and guide the team.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve longevity and efficiency.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and monitor inventory.
