Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a healthcare campus across four buildings. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of building systems, with occasional local travel for parts or support.

The role emphasizes HVAC PM, basic electrical, drywall, and painting tasks, with a goal to learn and grow within a healthcare environment. Day shift, on-call rotation, and potential overtime are included.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
