Job summary

GRMC Garrett Regional Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor of Construction to coordinate daily activities of PDC Tradesmen and ensure renovations meet safety and quality standards for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating all renovation work, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with leadership to meet deadlines while maintaining cost efficiency and high workmanship.

Qualifications

• Degree or combination of education and experience as specified.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background checks per regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PDC Tradesmen to begin prompt corrective action on deficiencies.
• Ensure repairs are cost-effective by evaluating options and total cost.
• Ensure facility compliance with NFPA, OSHA, JC standards and other regs.
• Schedule manpower and coordinate with management to meet deadlines.
• Inspect and supervise site activities and equipment safety.
