Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management experience in facilities or healthcare settings, with strong coordination across departments, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities or related field preferred with 4 years of practical experience.
• Associate's degree with 6 years of practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing facilities/construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities-related projects including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital improvements.
• Develop scopes, timelines, and budgets for project execution.
• Coordinate with department leaders, vendors, contractors, architects, and engineers throughout projects.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates on timelines, risks, and budgets.
