Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction, healthcare preferred.
• Ability to manage 2+ projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, contracts, invoices, and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve issues.
• Organize and distribute project documents.
• Create and update project schedules; expedite deliveries.
• Maintain cost data and prepare cost reports.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and teams.
• Develop short interval schedules for weekly meetings.
• Ensure LEED requirements are tracked and implemented.
• Oversee document control for shop drawings and submittals.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes.
