Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in construction industry
• 7+ years in Project Management
• Experience with industrial or healthcare construction
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and controls
• Ability to read drawings, specs, contract docs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and field teams
• Proficiency with Office and scheduling software
• Valid driver's license
• Travel as project needs require

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from planning through final closeout
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets
• Manage costs, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance
• Coordinate superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and project staff
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance
• Build relationships with clients, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Identify risks, change orders, and schedule impacts
• Participate in planning meetings and customer sessions
• Travel to project sites as required
• Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout
