Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the Greater Philadelphia area. This on-site role requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver complex healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a solid background in construction processes and codes, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum years of experience: 3 years in healthcare construction PM or related projects.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract buyout, and subcontractor management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from planning to execution.
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using PM tools.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Oversee contract buyout and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate stakeholders including architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee installation of MEP systems and related documentation.
• Produce progress reports, change orders, and schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
