• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Care for patient care equipment such as beds and wheelchairs.
• Inspect and repair fire doors, hardware, and smoke partitions.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate repairs.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
