UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance across campuses and off-site properties. You will coordinate, supervise, and optimize plant operations, building systems, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable facilities.

The role requires a 40-hour workweek with on-site duties, leadership ability, and CMMS experience. A relevant degree and licensure are expected, with preferred CHFM certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CHFM certification preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience in healthcare facilities maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage maintenance activities for facilities and off-site properties.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure safe operations.
• Monitor CMMS dashboards to prioritize and close work orders.
• Inspect facilities and building systems for deficiencies and improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient operations.
