- Minimum three years in healthcare facilities maintenance or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork abilities.
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building systems knowledge.
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
- Preferred: supervision of staff, trades, or contractors.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement activities for facilities.
- Monitor CMMS data for prioritization, assignment, and closure.
- Lead staff and contractors to complete work safely and on schedule.
- Perform inspections to identify deficiencies and opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safe, reliable operations.
