Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing facilities projects in healthcare or critical environments.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor contracts, scope, pricing, and performance for projects.
• Manage single-project log, bids, awards, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical/stakeholders for access, shutdowns, and scheduling in a hospital.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, invoicing reconciliation, and cost variances.
• Lead and develop direct reports and enforce standard project processes.
