Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Facilities Project Manager to act as the single point of accountability for vendor contract performance and for planning, procurement, and delivery of small facilities projects at Rush University Medical Center. The role involves leading a team, maintaining a project log, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in facilities management or project management with contract negotiation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, facilities management
• Experience writing scopes, managing bids, and administering contracts (fixed-price and time-and-materials)
• Healthcare facility experience preferred, with knowledge of life safety and accreditation standards

Responsibilities

• Vendor contract management including master register, performance reviews and renewals
• Lead small projects from scope through closeout including budgets, schedules and risk
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs, reconcile invoices and report variances
• Partner with sourcing on vendor selection, terms, pricing and renewals
• Supervise and develop direct reports; conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews
• Collaborate with clinical/operational stakeholders for access, shutdowns and scheduling in hospital environments
