Job summary

Pueblo of San Felipe Health & Wellness Department seeks a Health & Wellness Project Manager to lead planning, design, construction, expansion and modernization of health facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and healthcare standards throughout from concept to occupancy.

The role requires collaboration with tribal leadership, IHS, architects, engineers, contractors and funding agencies to advance the Pueblo’s healthcare infrastructure and strategic priorities, while managing

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare facility management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction/Architecture/Engineering/Healthcare Administration.
• Certifications: CHC, PMP, CHFM; OSHA 30; CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction, renovation and expansion of healthcare facilities.
• Represent clinic development and capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and procurement documents.
• Monitor project performance, costs, deliverables and timelines.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to include closeout activities.
• Prepare and present project updates to Tribal Leadership and funding agencies.
