The Pueblo of San Felipe Health & Wellness Department seeks a Health & Wellness Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee facility development, renovation, compliance and safety initiatives. You will lead capital projects from concept to completion, collaborating with IHS, architects, engineers and funding partners to advance healthcare infrastructure for the San Felipe community.

Qualifications

• Education requirements as listed.
• Certifications: CHC, PMP, CHFM; OSHA 30-Hour; CSP (preferred); FEMA ICS certifications (preferred).
• Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare facility management, construction, compliance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, construction, renovation and expansion of healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and procurement documents.
• Monitor project performance, costs, deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare and present project updates to Tribal Leadership and funding agencies.

Formation

Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, Project Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Facilities Management, closely related field or specialty in medical ambulatory clinics
