Pueblo of San Felipe Health & Wellness Department seeks a Health & Wellness Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee health facility development, expansion and compliance from concept to completion.

You will work with tribal leadership, IHS, architects and contractors to advance the Pueblo’s healthcare infrastructure and strategic priorities for the San Felipe Community. This role requires expertise in regulatory standards and capital project management.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare facility management or related field.
• Certifications: CHC, PMP, CHFM or OSHA 30 preferred; CSP and FEMA CICS preferred.
• Valid NM driver’s license (required).
• Knowledge of facility codes, Infection Control Risk Assessment, and hospital MEP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, construction, renovation and expansion of healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors on capital proj.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets and procurement documents.
• Monitor costs, timelines and deliverables; prepare project updates for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, IHS, NFPA, HIPAA security and environmental health rules.
• Manage safety programs and risk management for facilities.
