Job summary

Pueblo of San Felipe seeks a Director of Health Informatics and Clinical Systems to lead strategic health IT planning, RPMS/EHR administration, and data governance. You will drive security, interoperability, and an integrated health information ecosystem for the Health & Wellness Department.

Collaborating with tribal IT staff, IHS, and external partners, you will steer EMR development, workflow optimization, and population health initiatives to advance tribal sovereignty and care quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of healthcare IT leadership experience.
• Minimum five years supporting RPMS/EHR systems.
• Experience with data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with tribal and IHS stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic plan for health IT and EMR initiatives.
• Oversee RPMS/EHR administration, security, and optimization.
• Coordinate interoperability and data sharing with partners.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and project delivery.
