Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence within the Facilities Services division. The role oversees planning, execution, and evaluation across departments, focusing on stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

The position supports essential non-clinical services, coordinating with Nursing, Occupational Health, Rehabilitation, Patient Transport, Security and other departments to ensure safe operations

Qualifications

• Leads multiple program initiatives across functions.
• Defines goals, deliverables and success criteria for programs.
• Implements methods to ensure quality and compliance with policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides program leadership for assigned functional and cross-functional program improvement efforts.
• Manages, assesses, and documents program improvement efforts and scope using standard A3 template.
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Implements quality control measures to ensure compliance with department, hospital and University policies and regulations.
• Coordinates staff training and competency assessments for program equipment, supplies, and techniques.
• Tracks advancements in equipment technology and coordinates equipment trials.
• Maintains data related to program implementation and injuries, including quarterly dashboards.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure consistent application of program practices across units.
