Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Sr Program Project Coordinator to manage daily project activities for complex, organization-wide initiatives. You will work with project managers to plan schedules, coordinate resources, and oversee execution of activations such as openings.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling skills, and experience with major PM tools. You will report to the project leadership and collaborate across departments to ensure timely,quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of applicable experience.
• Progressively responsible project experience is preferred.
• Experience with medium- to large projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and project management skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages smaller scale projects.
• Solely responsible for project outcomes and successful execution of activations related to opening.
• Provides direction to project team members and plans day-to-day activities.
• Ensures project team members have the tools and standard processes needed.
• Maintains project schedules and coordinates tasks with owners.
• Identifies issues/risks and applies mitigation.
• Updates project status, timelines, budgets in the PM system.
• Leads project meetings and committees and manages communications.
