Job summary

Ochsner Health in New Orleans, LA, seeks an Engineer/Architect Construction Project Manager Associate to coordinate Facilities Development and manage design and renovation projects on time and within budget. You will support small to medium projects, interfacing with clinical and support divisions.

Under supervision you will develop project plans, schedules and budgets, review design drawings, manage documentation, and nurture user, consultant and contractor relationships while pursuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Preferred disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical or Structural for engineers.
• Experience in project management for design and construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager (Engineer/Architect) renovation and space projects.
• Develops and tracks construction project plans, schedules and budgets for small and medium projects.
• Manages documentation of all design and construction activities, delegating as needed.
• Takes ownership of the user, consultant and contractor relationships.
• Seeks continual professional development.
