Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in management of design and construction projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience reviewing blueprints, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, retains, and develops staff and supervises performance.
• Monitors department productivity, quality, fiscal goals, and staffing.
• Develops and improves departmental processes.
• Oversees customer relations and service initiatives.
• Acts as conduit for department and organizational communication with authorities.
• Leads interdepartmental teams and manages change.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (NFPA, ADA).
• Manages facilities project management lifecycle: RFIs, addendums, design, occupancy, and DHSS readiness.
• Develops design concepts and schematic drawings.
