Health and Hospital Corporation seeks a Real Estate & Construction Project Manager to lead planning, design, execution, and closeout of real estate, construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across facilities. As owner’s representative, you’ll coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulators to ensure safe, on-budget delivery aligning with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes facility transformation to improve patient care environments and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project development, facility planning, design, construction, or project management.
• Healthcare facility/project experience preferred.
• PM certifications encouraged (PMP/CCM/LEED).

Responsibilities

• Lead construction, renovation, real estate, and capital improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, design requirements, schedules, budgets, and construction specifications.
• Coordinate activities with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate closeout activities, occupancy planning, relocations, and activation.
