Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience; combination with experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Healthcare FM leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with financial calculations (percentages, fractions).

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and assist in hiring.
• Schedule daily activities, set work schedules, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections adhering to regulations and propose improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review price quotes for parts, services and labor.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.
