Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees including training and coaching, plus performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage team activities, schedules, tasks, and deadlines; mentor as needed.
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets; review variance reports.
