Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of general maintenance including boilers, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with staff and directors.
• Experience in healthcare settings like assisted living or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance operations and assist in routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations including fire alarms and HVAC systems.
• Manage inventory for maintenance equipment and supplies.
