Qualifications

• Minimum of one year maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes and ordinances preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in current State with satisfactory driving record per Life Care standards.
• Understand and follow Life Care policies including Code of Conduct and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Inspect equipment and systems regularly for proper functioning and safety.
• Run errands, handle incoming/outgoing freight, and lift/move heavy items.
• Assist in patient safety and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and vendors to coordinate work.
