Job summary

PACS is seeking a Facilities Maintenance role in the Belle Fourche area. The position focuses on maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment to meet safety standards and policies. You will follow schedules, perform routine tasks, and assist with general maintenance across departments.

The role requires a minimum 10th grade education, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a willingness to work in a team oriented, safety-conscious environment. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with safety standards.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow maintenance schedules and report accidents/incidents promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance on facility systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Clean and replace bulbs, service HVAC units, and ensure space is tidy and safe.
