Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a maintenance technician for a first shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday) to support healthcare facilities across its estates. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, managing building automation systems, generator testing, and preventative maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, strong communication, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with computerized work order systems.

Formación

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot equipment sets, replace plumbing fixtures, rodding drains and pipes, identify leaks, rebuild flush valves.
• Supervise and adjust the building automation system for patient/staff comfort.
• Generator testing, inspections, replace light fixtures and bulbs, replace ceiling tiles, respond to general building issues.
• Use drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairs.
• Coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the emergency power system, emergency lighting, HVAC and other building systems.
• Conduct building and mechanical room inspections per maintenance program.
