HHS Facilities Management, LLC (USA) seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead hospital facilities operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory readiness. You will oversee inspections, maintenance, and documentation while coordinating staff, vendors, and clinical departments in a busy healthcare setting.

The role requires expertise in Life Safety, Environment of Care, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on incident response, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in at least one skilled building trade (HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, or carpentry).
• Experience in hospital building systems and maintenance in occupied healthcare environments.
• Experience coordinating inspections, deficiency management, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in safe, reliable, compliant hospital facilities operation.
• Maintain master schedule of inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, certifications, and permits.
• Monitor deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are closed with estimates and verifications.
• Keep compliance binders and records current and survey-ready.
• Assist with Life Safety, Infection Control Risk Assessments, and risk-control processes.
• Provide day-to-day direction and technical support to facilities staff and vendors.
