CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a premier healthcare environment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs across building systems to ensure safety and comfort for occupants.

You will work a Monday–Friday day shift with an on‑call rotation, collaborating with an experienced facilities team to enhance reliability, comply with codes, and deliver dependable service to our client.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Diagnose issues, repair and document outcomes.
• Assist installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with the team.
• Support energy management and ensure system efficiency.
• Ensure code and safety compliance for installations.
• Follow procedures and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Participate in on‑call rotations as needed.
