Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service healthcare facilities, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple sites. The role requires a valid driver’s license for travel between facilities and a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule with occasional weekend rotations every two months.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, assist with equipment installations, and ensure energy management and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or trade schooling plus 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Diagnose problems during inspections and repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect new installations for code and safety compliance.
