Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to mid-size buildings and healthcare facilities. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an active driver’s license and an on-call rotation requiring timely response within one hour.

The candidate will handle maintenance across multiple sites, perform installations or modifications of equipment, and help ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years related experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems in a healthcare setting.
• Prioritize maintenance across multiple sites and manage time effectively.
• Investigate issues, identify improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems as needed.
• Review work orders and track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
