San Felipe Pueblo Wellness Department seeks a Director of Health Informatics and Clinical Systems to lead health IT strategy, RPMS/EHR administration and data governance across tribal health programs.

The role partners with tribal administration, IHS personnel and external providers to ensure secure, integrated healthcare information management and the development of a Tribal-owned EMR ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in health informatics or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience with RPMS/EHR and healthcare IT leadership; minimum 7 years.
• Certified IT security and project management credentials preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for health IT initiatives across RPMS/EHR, EMR and analytics.
• Oversee RPMS/EHR administration, configuration, monitoring and support.
• Lead tribal data governance, interoperability and health information exchanges.
• Drive development of an independent Tribal EMR platform and health IT ecosystem.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors and technology resources.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, security and quality reporting across applications.
