Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renovation and capital construction projects from $50K to $25M, reporting to the Sr. Construction Manager and Director of Planning, Design, and Construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Minimum four years of project management/construction experience.
• Experience in hospital, academic university systems, or research facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital codes and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain communication with executive leadership and stakeholders.
