Qualifications

• Earn CDM/CFPP credential within a set time frame.
• Located in Gillette, Wyoming, with executive chef responsibilities in LT care facility.
• Requires 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High-volume, catering and batch cooking experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification desirable (highly).

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follow recipes, portioning and production sheets; taste meals for quality.
• Train kitchen staff in food prep, safety and sanitation.
• Establish cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Maintain inventory to stay within guidelines and ensure availability.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and safety policies.
