Job summary

Unidine Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef for a Long Term Care facility in Gillette, WY. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure safety and sanitation, and direct meal preparation in alignment with corporate programs.

A dynamic culinary professional with entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged to apply. You must earn the CDM and CFPP credentials within a specified timeframe and bring 5+ years of progressive kitchen management experience.

Qualifications

• This position requires earning the CDM and CFPP credentials within a set timeframe.
• At least 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience with high-volume, complex foodservice operations preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain safety/sanitation in a LTC facility.
• Plan menus and ensure adherence to corporate programs and guidelines.
• Train staff in food preparation, equipment operation, and sanitation.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas.
• Manage inventory and control food costs within policy.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and audits.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development.
