Crothall Healthcare in New York is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee the department's support services. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, delivering the highest possible level of service.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, hiring and training of new associates, supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, and monthly reporting on goals and plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in support services, housekeeping or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees department support services operations.
• Coordinates frontline staff and liaises between administration and units.
• Plans staffing, hires and trains new associates.

• Produces monthly goal and progress reports.
