Job summary

US MED- EQUIP LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners with equipment orders and deliveries. You will work with operations and the sales team to ensure timely service and professional handling of life-saving equipment.

You will load and secure items, drive company vehicles, and assist in warehouse duties while maintaining a neat appearance and adhering to quality processes. This role requires strong communication and the ability to perform tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass DOT certification/physical.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and push/pull 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
