US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City to support hospital partners by coordinating orders, deliveries, and service requests. You will work with operations and sales to ensure timely and accurate handling of equipment and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, English literacy, and the ability to lift heavy loads. A valid driver’s license and DOT physical may be required, with opportunities across branch locations.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for past 3 years.
• DOT certification/physical required.

Responsabilidades

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to support clinicians.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and respond to their needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear company uniform.
• Follow operations processes and quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales reps on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
