Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager to lead housekeeping operations in a hospital setting and partner with EVS leaders to ensure top-tier service.

You will supervise front-line staff, plan schedules, participate in hiring, train supervisors, and report monthly on goals and plans while coordinating external services to maintain clean, safe facilities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field required.
• Healthcare housekeeping knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work, staffing schedules, and areas of service to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assists in the hiring process and trains new associates.
• Oversees supervisory staff and conducts regular inspections.
• Reports monthly on goals, accomplishments, and plans.
• Coordinates outside services and communications with departments.
