Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager to lead housekeeping operations in a hospital setting. You will coordinate front-line tasks and serve as a liaison between administration and clinical departments to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, hiring, training, and ongoing performance oversight to ensure standards are met and patient care environments remain safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required.
• Experience supervising housekeeping or service staff with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Provides monthly reporting on goals and plans.
• Educates and trains staff.
• Maintains communication with staff, administration and departments.
• Coordinates outside services such as Pest Control and Recycling.
