Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Environmental Services Operations Manager to direct and oversee housekeeping operations in a hospital setting. You will coordinate front-line staff tasks and act as a liaison between administration and hospital departments, delivering high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include establishing standards, planning staffing, hiring and training, supervising staff, conducting inspections, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field.
• Demonstrated growth in healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training associates.
• Orient and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Prepare monthly goals, accomplishments, and plans.
• Coordinate with administration and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, etc.).
