Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager to oversee hospital housekeeping operations. You will coordinate front-line staff, liaise with administration, and maintain high service levels across departments.

The role requires supervisory experience, a four-year degree or equivalent, and strong communication with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree, military experience, OR equivalent work experience required.
• Strong leadership capabilities and supervisory experience in a health care housekeeping or facilities setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring processes and trains new associates.
• Oversees supervision of all Housekeeping staff and their development.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Educates staff and coordinates with administration and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste, and Recycling).
